Duncan Edwards was one of eight members of Sir Matt Busby's young team of the 1950s, the "Busby Babes", who died in 1958 in an air crash in Munich on the way home from a European Cup tie in Belgrade. The young wing half, 21 at the time of the tragedy, had already played 151 matches for United and 17 for England.
